The scope of supply consisted of pre-packaged roof mounting project kits for each individual site, with waterproof anchor attachments to the corrugated steel and concrete roofs. By pre-sorting the roof mount systems, it allows for the ease of transport and install for the local installation firm.
For this particular project, World Technology’s team had to account for specific site conditions such as hurricane loads, installation, and quick production lead-times.
American made products from IronRidge, Inc. were selected due to its ease of installation, universal mounting and wide range of tile angle tilt legs, for various sized solar modules and makes. IronRidge’s tilt Legs are available in multiple lengths to support a wide range of mounting angles. The Fixed Tilt Leg Kit includes a North South Tilt Leg, plus hardware for attaching to XR Rails, and is electrically bonded to rails.
