World Technology supplies high efficiency solar modules to the first “Net Zero” energy school in New York City and one of the first of its kind in the world.

New York, New York. – January 7, 2016 – World Technology Corporation (World Tech), a preferred supplier of capital equipment for commercial and utility-scale solar systems, announces today that it has supplied high efficiency solar panels to the first “Net Zero” school in New York City, and one of the first of its kind in the world as it will not have a carbon footprint. The school will function as a sustainability lab for New York City school systems’ renewable energy projects. The school will conform to SCA Green Schools Guide instead of LEED certification.

The supplied products consisted of 119.28kWp of Panasonic’s VBHN240SA11 HIT high efficiency 240wp panels and 10 units of Fronius 11.4kW 3-phase grid tied inverters.
