World Technology supplies 343.31kWp of IronRidge Roof Mounts for La Empresa Marítima Dominicana. (Project is Showcased to the U.S. Vice President Joe Biden
New York, New York. – August 8, 2012 – World Technology Corporation (World Tech), a preferred supplier of capital equipment for commercial and utility-scale solar systems, announces today that 343.31kW of IronRidge’s solar roof mounting system was supplied to and installed by Trace Solar for La Empresa Marítima Dominicana’s maritime port project in the Dominican Republic.
The Maritime Company Dominican SAS yesterday inaugurated the country’s largest rooftop solar power plant, which consists of 1,460 panels with a capacity average of 510 kilowatt hours year generation and helps reduce the annual energy consumption by 17%. This installation is the biggest rooftop solar installation in the Dominican Republic.
