World Technology Corporation Supplies to the NY Botanical Garden
New York, NY – November 2, 2017 – World Technology Corporation (World Tech), a preferred supplier of capital equipment for commercial and utility-scale solar systems, announced today that it has successfully supplied 12kWp of SMA’s newest 5.0 and 7.0KWP string inverters for a project to be installed in the NY Botanical Garden.
The scope of supply consisted of SMA’s SB-5.0-1SP-US-40 and SB-7.0-1SP-US-40 single phase string inverters.
German made inverters from SMA were chosen due the inverters’ integrated DC Disconnect, AFCI, Ethernet/WLAN, and ease of installation.
For this particular project, World Technology’s team had to account for specific site conditions such as delivery scheduling and site load planning.
World Technology also supplies inverters from various manufacturers such as Solectria, Fronius, Solar Edge, SMA, Solis, and CPS.
